Today's Sedgefield runners
Sunday at Sedgefield with soft going.
Snapping Turtle has missed a few intended races in the last couple of months since running a fine race when 2nd at Musselburgh in mid January. He faces ground softer than he likes, and 3m 3½f is a few furlongs longer than he's raced before, so......
Likeable mare Ellistrin Belle
returns to the scene of her success here earlier in the season. We hope
that she is not too high in the handicap, although she has been dropped
2lb since running 6th at Musselburgh just after New Year. She still
appears about 7lb behind the rest of the field strictly on the form
book, but that leaves us in a bit of a quandry.
Anyway, we'll be out there trying, and see what transpires.
